Steps:

  1. First, we need to prepare the flat bread, in a bowl put the semolina, flour and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add warm water to the bowl and knead the dough.
  3. Cut the dough into two circular shapes and flatten it then bake it.
  4. Once the bread is baked, cut it into very little pieces.
  5. Grill all the vegetables and clean them of the black burnt parts, then cut the parsley to little pieces.
  6. Put all the ingredients in a bowl or a pot, add some hot water and mix everything by hand.
