Zfiti's Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Kg of semolina
- Half a cup of flour
- 1 Litre of water
- 3 pieces of tomatoes
- 1 garlic bulb
- 2 spoons of tomato paste
- 3 pieces of red hot peppers
- 3 pieces of green hot peppers
- Parsley
Steps:
- First, we need to prepare the flat bread, in a bowl put the semolina, flour and a pinch of salt.
- Add warm water to the bowl and knead the dough.
- Cut the dough into two circular shapes and flatten it then bake it.
- Once the bread is baked, cut it into very little pieces.
- Grill all the vegetables and clean them of the black burnt parts, then cut the parsley to little pieces.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl or a pot, add some hot water and mix everything by hand.
