Chakchouka's Recipe
Ingredients:
- Half a big piece of onion
- 2 Green bell peppers
- Oil(any type)
- 2 Medium sized tomatoes
- Red skinny pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 eggs
Steps:
- Put a spoonful of oil on a pan on low heat.
- Cut the half piece of onion into little cubes and put them on the pan.
- After the onion turns yellow, cut the bell peppers and add them.
- Cut the tomatoes into little cubes and add them.
- Grate the garlic and red pepper and add them to the pan.
- Mix and stir until cooked.
- Crack the eggs and add them
